I can guarantee it won't be me. I tried that route on my s-10 when I first supercharged it, endless reflashes later I ended up putting a new engine in the truck. While a reflash is fine if it works the first time around, Toyota can find it if there is a warranty issue and they have reason to doubt it was just some failed part under normal use. They find tunes daily on diesel engines when there is reason to suspect a part did not fail under normal circumstances.....and they void their warranties on those vehicles. If you can't reflash back to stock and take it to a dealer you are kind of stuck for a while.
