That all depends on the supercharger. A good roots system will deliver maximum boost at VERY low rpm's. I have had a lot of experience with lightnings and they are torque monsters down low and are at full boost very very early in the powerband....quicker than most turbo's that I have dealt with. Now the ProCharger I have on my s-10.....more rpms = more boost. Are you running a 2 stage on your bug to bring boost up on the line?
