I know what you mean. I had a black truck before and there really is nothing you can do to avoid those.
Here's the key, if you want to get rid of them, and are NOT experienced in using an orbital buffer, take it to a professional. They can buff the scratches out and make it look new.
Remember, those scratches are abrasions in the clear coat. Sure, you can "hide" them with polish and waxes, but they will reappear once the compounds age.
The only way to truly remove them is to have a professional use a cutting compound (rubbing compound) and remove a thin layer of the clear coat. Again, it's not something to try if you are a novice.
