One more question. I noticed the AUTO LSD light turns off as well, does that mean it will be a 1 wheel peel? I would imagine there is still a mechanical limited slip differential, just the auto lsd helps to "kick in" the manual locking differential?

that's a great question - - my understanding is that the limited slip function is electronic mostly, excepting the fact that tells the brakes to engage on the slipping wheel directing the energy to the other, and please correct me if i've got that wrong. generally, i'd have to say it works quite well in terms of traction, but the two wheel burnout does look good in action!
