Yeah - I would prefer to have it lay down all of the way in the bed too, but it's not a big problem for me. I'm sure if I used it everyday for work it would turn into a big problem.
Someone said it before, and I think they were right - if you are using your truck for work get a DC (or regular), if you are using the bed only occasionally, get a CM.
