AGREEEEEEEEEEE. Been there done that and was left walking and wondering why. I lost in arbitration can you believe that. They tried 5x to fix it and I still lost and this guy had the audacity to say GM has to have a final try at fixin this problem. If then you can get a replacement truck. Good luck on that one too. I wwill happy to forward the email to anyone from DAN LIKE General Manager of Coggin Chrevrolet letting me know they don't replace trucks unless it's safety issue. Like he said I was told to pack sand. At least I went through the motions to have at least something written about GM. BBB was a waste of time. They are there for business not the customers. But at least go through the motions. Don't get your hopes up to high. Now Toyota has replaced some customers trucks already and maybe they can make good on this.
