that's the question, and it's a fair one. i've had a bad time with my tundra, and a worse time getting any real support from toyota. hey, it's not the end of the world - machines have mechanical issues, but i expected more from toyota. in the end, my vehicle is still broken and full of rattles thogh the local rep who worked on it last tells the executive offices that it's not. in turn, the executive offices tell me that i can bring it to another dealer for a "new set of eyes" to see it, buy why? it's already been out for 20 DAYS and that's since august. seriously, how would you break the cycle?
so, "more attention" if others are having similar experiences, no? as i've said elsewhre on this bolg, i'd back you up if you were the one having the problem. if i'm the only one experiencing this kind of tundra ownership, no question i'd have to look at my own ability to "love".
thanks for the response.
