I need some help!!!

ohh boy. Here is another wheel question...
I have been doing a lot of research, reading other posts, looking online, etc. But I am a bit unexperienced with with tire sizes and all of that.
As far as now, I like these 2 set ups, I have two options in my head with some concerns.
Option 1: keep my 270/55 R18 tires (which come w/ the styled steel wheels) until they wear out. And get a new set of rims
Would this especific wheel fit the tire? and will a bigger more agressive tire fit in the future?

Option 2: this will probably make me happier but it is more expensive.

This might sound a bit silly but I dont want any regrets down the road. I just don't want to get any scratches when doing parallel parking next to a sidewalk, would any kind of contact with a sidewalk (or something like it) touch the 20' rim?, or is this tire too small

City driving/parking sucks...

I know, I know too many questions but I would appreciate some input.
thanks in advance
