That's the rated power at the flywheel. I don't know of any mfg that advertises horsepower at the wheels. Rear wheel horsepower is closer to 300 - 310 for a stock 5.7L Tundra...depending on the dyno, conditions, etc. A guy on another forum reported a ~15hp gain with the TRD CAI and duel exhaust according to his dyno testing. YMMV, of course.
