I would not use those on the exterior at all. After a while the dirt particles cling to it and will scratch the paint, I use is a lambs wool duster from Bed Bath and Beyond. It cost $7 and works perfectly. I would go that route if I were you.
I have a Titan and for the interior I use our Adam's Leather and Interior Cleaner or the VRT, it cleans it up very well. It also has a good "scent"
