I suspect that you can do quite a bit better and may have been able to get off the lot in the neighborhood of high 35k on a new one, but would like confirmation.
Similar trucks, zero miles, initial rounds of negotiation came back $37k, probably high $36k realistically.

Mine was 2008 with 8 miles on it, 42k out the door with 6" lift, 20s, 35s, CAI TRD, TRD dual exhaust, 5.7L, nerf bars, CM.
