Just wanted to give props to this board. I'm a member of an M5board, and everyone there is pretty cool. Not so on some other car boards I've visited. So I kinda expected: "*Another* tire thread? Check the threads and FAQ's a-hole!" Glad that didn't happen. Never understood why is *did*, since it takes less time to type: " stick with the BFG's" than it does to berate me. (Takes even less time to just ignore the question)
Meanwhile, I talked with someone whom I've bought tires from before and he recommends the Toyo (Open Country HD). Says they're about $100 cheaper (total), and have a 60kmi waranty. I'm a big Toyo fan. In fact, I'm putting RA1's on my M5 this week, and some T1R's on the wife's 3-Series this week. ($2300
