Not sure how I am going to fix this yet but the other day, my wife almost fell on her butt getting out of the truck. Seems the passenger front mat will easily slip/slide out of the truck if you push on the back part with your foot as you are exiting the vehicle. Unfortunately, there are not little hold-downs on the passenger side of the Toyota, just the drivers side. This could be a real hazard, or maybe just a stroke of bad luck. Will have to see if it happens again.
