Dez I use my tailgate for anything I need. If it cracks then it cracks and Toyota has an issue with me. I'm not going to let the worries get the best of me. The only part that gives a little is the metal you take off to put your reverse camera through. There is no support there. I'm sure my riding mower could've caused an issue but it didn't. I gave up my 71 chopped Honda 350 when I first got married. Grandma dang near took me out. Had 3 very good friends that rode with me got killed by idiots not watching and a drunk driver running over him. Tried everything I could to get that car off him but he was dead on the spot. So I gave it up not to go back.
