Sorry for bringing up an old question, but I can't seem to figure this out, I've gone to 3 dealers, and i've been quoted between 380 to 430 dollars for some mud guards, or mud flaps, my question is I found some mud guards on the trd4u website, but do they come with the bolts to attach them, or how does this work, cuz it doesn't have an explanation, do any bolts do the job, or what???? They also say unpainted, whats the deal with that??? Just looking for some input, cuz I need to order a bolt for my celica here within the next couple of days.
