I only wanted long bed 4x period and glad I have it everytime I load my bike and gear in and just shut it with room to spare along with materials as I build stuff for my son and house weekly. To each his own, but full size 4x4, long bed is the real deal.

I did not want a long beg for several reasons, but one of the reasons was they do not fit in my garage at all. So do you have a garage that fits a long beg or is that not important to you?
