At first I pulled the springs from the seatbelt receivers and that worked for a while. Unfortunately, you have to reset the passenger one about every third time that seat is used. Then I found out my dealer was finally turning them off. Some trucks will only allow the passenger seat to be turned off, others allowed both seats to be turned off. Unfortunately, mine only allowed for the passenger seat to be turned off. Guess that is better than nothing.

I have a full write-up for how to do it. I do write-ups for most of my mods. They can all be found over on TundraTruckz since I can post the whole write-up in one post over there. Here is the one you asked for:
Dash LED Swap - Goodbye Amber... - Toyota Tundra Forum
The A/C control was easy to do. The dash was a little harder to do. The buttons in the blanks were the hardest to do. Hope you have some soldering experience before you do the buttons.
