SXD, If given the opportunity I would take every precaution to make all conditions the same for the tests. The biggest reason for wanting to do a dyno test (at least for me) would be to check the claims by one particular intake manufacturer, Volant, who claims almost double what others do. Just seems a bit outlandish to me, and I would like to see what people are getting in the real world with any intake. (I come from the 350Z crowd, and there were tons of people doing dynos of every little mod they did)
