Third dealer is much better. I would rank them as far as Toyota dealers as Exceptional, but in comparison with Ford/Chevy/Dodge as "Good."
They just gave my truck it's third (yes third) paint job, first paint job for them though. They did good work and other than me having to call them when it was done to discover it was done, I don't have any complaints.

Glad to see you finally got a little justice and have your ride fixed. If I was parked on the street and had a sign on it I would tell them it's their dime and you have every right to park in the street. They don't own the street. Something they would've found out when the cops got there. If it's free parking or you paid a meter they can't do diddley squat about it. But maybe they can change their attitude and fix your truck this wouldn't be a situation they didn't like.
