i use bug & tar remover as stated above

i have recently been using Meguiars quick wax, and that seems to take off anything .. apply with a microfiber towel, let it sit for a minute, then use the other side of the towel and wipe it all off



also, a good ol' fashioned car wash down at pablo's hand wash should do the trick
