A week or 2 ago I read an article online about a study that showed that even if a vehicle was made to run on 87 octane, and knowing 87 octane contains more engery than higher octane, the higher octanes still produced slightly better gas mileage.
I've tried to find the study but now I can't seem to locate it. Anyone else seen this?
