I replaced my whole rear suspension one at a time. I'm using Rancho 9000XL adjustables for the rear. I also put a 3 leaf mini-pak and it helped a bit. Since I have an RCSB, it is lighter than DC's so mini paks are still stiff. Here's the link for the mini pak from another forum:

Finally, this weekend, I replaced the entire leaf spring set with Alcan springs. Rides nice now. Still tight, but it should loosen up after break -in.
