How much of an offset would you need to get minimal rubbing?

I'm sick of walking out to my truck and seeing it on stock rims. I mean, it looks good but you know. So I'm contimplating adding new rims/tires now and doing my lift early next year sometime. I wanna go with 20" Ultra Mammoth rims, below, with some 35" tires. I just don't know if the tires will fit without at the very least a leveling kit. These rims are available with a +35 offset or a low offset option. If I can squeeze these 20" rims with 35" tires onto my strock suspension truck, I"ll be a happy man.

I just dont want to invest in these then when it comes time for my lift, have them tell me that my rims wont work with the lift.
