When I was in high school my dad had a 1993 Toyota Tercel that he drove from the IE to palmdale everyday that eventually got 140K. Then he upgraded to a Tacoma 2001 and to this day that has 190K. Both vehicles had minor service done only routine checks. That was a no brainer for me when buying a truck it had to be a toyota. I figured Toyota had to be doing something right. So 3 years ago I bought a 2001 Tundra AC V8 2wd dark green with 115K. I figure I still have a while before I need to start looking. But when I do will definitly be a Toyota.
