Sounds like they screwed up replacing one of the two o-rings used on the oil filter element housing. Or, maybe they didn't tighten the center nut on the pre-drain fitting in the center of the housing. That's usually the problem.

This is why I change my own oil. It's the only way to make sure it gets done right.
