Not quite,HEHEH,my GReddy type S on my 98 TC HRC Neon sounded like you done run over a 400 pound house cats tail when you got off the fast pedal at 25 psi.Couldn,t even hear the K&N intake over the noise of the turbo spool and the 5" SS Modern Automotive exhaust.
That whistle sound you hear maybe swirl, as my Jeep made that noise when I got on the gas,but then again it had a air flow swirl built into the TBS???????
