I have the factory stainless nerf bars and I really like them. They're a little wider than most which makes it really nice to step up on. I currently have the cheap plastic liner in my 07 CM. It came with the liner and I purchased an after market rubber floor liner and put it down to keep things from sliding. It works well for me. If you want a spray in liner, I would go with the Line X. It seems to be the hands down choice of most on this site. As to a tonneau cover, I purchased a tri-fold BakFlip. It's PVC and folds in three pieces. When it's closed and the tailgate is locked, the whole bed is locked. It costs around $650. Very low profile. Another one that may fit your need is the Coverall. It's a one piece cover that has gas struts and you lift it like a trunk. I've been told it comes off very easily. Good luck with towing. I use my CM to tow a 30' 6700# Jayco Travel Trailer. The Toyota is a complete joy to tow with. Gas mileage will suffer greatly - approx 8.5 mpg but it tows effortlessly and I always feel very secure. Enjoy the new ride!
