Thank you for contacting Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc.
We appreciate you contacting us with your inquiry.

As the Optitron gauges are only offered on the 2007 Tundra Double Cab Limited V8, they are not available or can they be upgraded on the 2007 Tundra CrewMax SR5.

The Limited and SR5 are different models, and the wiring harness for them are not the same.

Toyota does not recommend modifying its vehicles from their original factory specifications. Modifications could affect the vehicle’s performance, safety or durability, and may violate government regulations. In addition, damage or performance problems resulting from the modification may not be covered under warranty. If it is determined that the computer reprogramming, to accommodate a switch for the instrument clusters, was the root cause of any future concerns the repair would not be covered under warranty.

Your email has been documented at our National Headquarters under file #200710290332. If we can be of further assistance, please feel free to contact us.

Toyota Customer Experience

It looks like the only option for those of us who are not enthralled with the amber setup is to replace the LEDs with a more favorable color.
