It is my understanding that we all have the alarm. Have the service tech hook the techstream laptop and look into the codes they can do just about anything they need/want to. My service dept told me "this is the first time i get to play with this truck", then they actavated the alarm for free, even though i was going to pay them. I have a 07 TRD DC 5.7. If they can/will not hook it up ask for the owner, that will get there attention. Some of the service tech are unsure of what can be done since these are new trucks.

Well, they called to let me know the license plate is in. But nothing yet on any alarm activation.
How long can it take em to research this?
Totally starting out on the wrong foot w/ the service dept.
