No. Why would you say something like that? From the FAFCTORY they have verified on many bikes that they are coming rich (not lean) for some reason and still within the requirements of EURO 3 which is nearly identical to ULEV 2 based on numbers.
These are not mearly racers but record setting experts in their field. Maybe you shoud google some names and learn instead of talking trash.
PS - Mototuneusa.com is the general accepted practice of breaking an engine in though if that is what you are implying.
