Dave Owen (NA land speed holder at Maxton (ECTA/LSR))
Joh Noonan - even has a discovery special on this guy working for JE Pistons and land speed holder at La Mirage, Bonneville
Lee Carpenter, Lee Shierts, Coby Adams, Chuck Wilburn, Brock Davidson and anyone else in the motorcycle performance industry that's posts on our boards regularly to help us improve our bikes and helping with technical aspects.
I have also helped build/tune a few motors with LM1/DL32 stuff from Innovate Motorsports Wideband Air/Fuel Ratio Tuning

They are not just my experts but all these guys still help our community of LSR/Drag racing and they all pretty much agree 1000% on all tuning aspects. Google any of those names and i am sure you can find something.

PS - for the best guru on actual tuning in the Southeast look up Sal Spatafora from Ace Performance. Good cycle tuners use percentage based throttle inputs and spend 3-4 hours on the dyno on 1 bike as well as some doing the same info in actual on road tuning...
