Driveshaft Grease selection

I have a 2001 4x4 V-8 Tundra. I greased all the driveshaft fittings with normal lithium chassis grease. I subsequently found out that two of the fittings were on a CV joint that required molybdenum disulfide grease and that mixing lithium chassis grease with molybdenum disulfide grease could actually destroy CV or U-joints.

I would like to know just how serious my mistake really was. Do I need to remove, disassemble, and clean the CV joint or can it be purged in some way? Maybe others have found mixing grease is not all that serious?
