What the heck are the fumes going to hurt when the engine isn't running? Assuming that if you remove it Toyota would probably try and void your warreny if they found out?
I'm assuming that if you replaced the factory box with a CAI it wouldn't have the carbon filter. Thinking about getting one, just have to decide on which one. Leaning towards the Volant or the AFE. Like the idea of not having to oil the filter.
