So is my brain. My free will. My judgment. At work, sometimes I need to drive around to the back lot. Never exceed 20 mph, no traffic, but it's over a 1/4 mile, all private property. No need for seatbelts, no need for my truck to be my nanny.
After leaving the gym, I sometimes drive over to the supermarket. Across the street. One parking lot to the next. Never get to 20mph, but just fast enough to set off that alarm.
When I hit the road, I buckle up. It's not rocket science. It's stupid to do otherwise. But I don't need an onboard nanny to nag me about it. I thought that Liberal crap went out of style with Jimmy Carter.
