Question Strange Vibration & Noise

About a month after I purchased my 07 5.7 Tundra,I started experiencing a slight vibration in the floor in the gas pedal. Something doesn't seem right. Shortly after I purchased it, I did experience a rumble strip feeling with a jerking when accelerating, like it was the torque converter. I took it to the dealer and they could not duplicate it. It happened the one time and it never came back. Since then, when I slow down to a stop sign or traffic light I feel it downshift more then it has ever done in the past. Even hesitates to shift like it is overshifting. I don't know if this is normal. Didn't do any of this when I bought it. Was a very smooth and powerful ride. Now it seems like it has to work harder when pressing the accelerator. Only has 4K miles.

Does anyone have a knocking sound while idling? Since the problems started, it sounds like the engine is knocking a little when idling mostly, but even when accelerating. Reminds me of a diesel engine. Doesn't always do, but most of time it does. Tried switching to a higher octane of gasoline, but didn't help. Maybe this stuff is normal. Never owned a Toyota before this.

Hope this makes sense to someone. Thanks.
