I found that using the leather cleaner wipes on my dash helps out with the scuffs.
It is not shiny like using armor all.
I really don't know how this material for the dash made it pass production. My truck was only a few hours old when I wiped it with my hand, and left behind was a really funky looking scuff mark. It almost looked like the dash scraped my skin off and left it on the dash.
After using the leather wipes, no more problems.
