expect a huge hit to gas mileage. I went from the BFG Rugged Trail 275-65-18 to BFG AT KO LT285-65-18. Not much of a difference in size (actually made my speedometer closer to my gps reading), but there is a difference in weight. The stock tire weighs 43lbs (just tire) and the AT weighs 60 lbs. Even when comparing corrected MPGs, the ATs are getting about 1MPG less. I'm thinking it is the extra weight. I've taken other trucks from stock 31s to 35s. Gas mileage went from 13 to 8.
