Hate that you are experiencing this. Hopefully using another dealership will help. Being the fact they see you came from another one to them adds business in both ways. They make money on service and if you are satisfied with them they know that when it comes time you will see them on the sales side also. Service advisors can make or break a customer. These days techs just pick up and do all what you want done. Not like it use to be where you had specialist that worked in just their field. wish you luck
