Tire sizes vary slightly by manufacturer, but assuming this is a BF Goodrich Mud Terrain or equivalent type tire, it's slightly taller than stock (32.6") and almost 2" wider (12.2") than stock.

If you split the 2" width increase between the inside and outside of the hub that would mean you could run a 30mm offset and be okay (with your lift). I'd recommend a 15mm offset just to be safe. Typically, a 18x9 aftermarket features a 30mm offset, which basically pushes most of the additional width outward. If you're running a 10" rim (which I would suspect you are) then you'd probably want most of the additional 2" pushed outward. Either a 0mm offset or no more than a 15mm offset would be fine. You might get away with a 30mm offset with the additional clearance of the lift kit, but you might end up rubbing a bit and have to trim the skid plate some.
