I believe that the trans is searching up and down for a gear it wants to be in. The vibration goes away as soon as I either take my foot off the gas or press harder. Has anyone else experienced this? Are there other things I need to watch out for?

Capt. where at NE Florida? Jax here. Actually live in Yulee now. Sounds like rumble strip. They will look it up and replace your torque converter. I've heard about this here and Tundraheadquarters.com 2007 Nautical Blue Crewmax Limited.
