The mods can certainly move it, but it wouldn't make sense. The title of his thread refers to the new section, so when this forum gets full of threads, people aren't going to open that thread unless they're looking for information on this new topic/section.
There should really be a thread that's titled "Wheels FAQ" or something of the sort. Prolly the same thing for tires.
