Myself, I've never heard of an upper max speed limit for driving in 4x4 Hi; I'm only aware of speed restrictions for changing from 2Hi to 4x4 and back. On long road trips where the highway is plowed but snow packed, I've driven upwards of 120 kmh (about 75 mph) in 4x4 Hi in Fords, Dodges, Nissans and now in my new Tundra, and I've never experienced any problems. In fact, I've been driving highway speeds in 4x4 Hi in winter conditions for about 25 years now and I don't ever recall having a problem.
