Common sense should play a factor in this. For 1 most of the time (all of the time for me) when in 4WD you probably aren't going to be able to safely drive 62MPH in the first place. Snow, ice, mud, sand, etc aren't exactly good traction surfaces to be trying to drive 70MPH on.
RTFM, it says do not exceed 62MPH when engaging 4WD Hi range. Just looked at the placard on the sun visor for this info. It doesn't list a max speed for 4WD, but if its anything like my other vehicles the manuals for those state not to exceed 55mph in 4Hi, and not to exceed 35mph in 4Lo.
