Boy, if I have another problem with this truck....(going on the fifth week of ownership, and I've had the truck OUT of the dealership a total of 14 days!!!)

The driver's side of the vehicle is where the ADD motor is located that engages the front axle, so that's what the clunk is, its just the front axle engaging, nothing to worry about. The transfer case will also make a clunking noise occasionally when shifint in or out of 4x4.
