I wouldn't pull over for it, but it is pretty cool- out local Sheriff's dept. has a 4x4 F150 with mud tires and lights on it, that they use to pull people out (and write tickets) when they get stuck mud riding on powerlines or getting through rough spots doing search and rescue stuff...it's a pretty cool truck.
I once had a minivan with red/blue lights try to pull me over, and I just set my cruise and kept going- about 1-2 minutes later, the van turned off and I never heard about it again. I figure it was probably some punk kid trying to be funny.
