They refused to give me the 400 for recent college graduate, but I think 11600 off of MSRP is a good deal, what do you think?

It seems that the triple-rebate promotion is being referenced a few times as a regional or readily-available program and let me assure you its not happening at any of my local dealers. There are a number of 07's and the only thing that is being pushed with dealer incentives in the Metro/Long Island area are the 4.7 versions.
That being the case, I think you got a good deal.
But by all means, if I am overlooking something and theres a way I can get a similiar deal in my area that I am unaware of, please someone let me know.

I think the incentives will improve. This is just my opinion based on the recent economic trends with the credit market and also the public's purchasing preferences given projected gas prices. I also think Toyota is going to have to keep pace price-wise with incentive-crazy Dodge and other domestics.

Agreed. My wife traded my last truck in November because she leased a Pacifica, but fell in love with the redesigned accord before her lease ended. So being that I commute by train and drive my vehicle about 1.5 miles a day, it just made sense to let her trade my truck in and I'd pick up a new truck once winter passed. Man, do I regret it. I only have a few months left but I hate this Pacifica. And it makes me very grumpy just to have to drive it the minimal distance I go. If I were on the Chrysler Pacifica forum, they'd have to call in the wahmbulance!
I personally think if you find yourself in a position to cover the monetary loss to trade the tundra, it would be worth it to have a truck you are pleased to get into everyday.
