Hmmm...The only time mine does that is when it is cold and not up to temp. Once it warms up it shifts into 6th just fine. Maybe the logic computer for the trans isn't calibrated right so it thinks it should stay in 5th. Sounds like something the dealer needs to fix. Good Luck and let us know what you find out!!
