To all,
Personally I don't care if it's a first year second or third. My 06 LT3 Ext Cab Silverado had two defects which GM wouldn't do a recall but left it to warranty. That was the headliner being cut short causing it to come down constantly. The second was the tail lights which GM went cheap and took the metal clamps off the plastic lens. Coming from the factory overtightened and cracked. Vibration caused them to fall off at any moment. A simple fix for both which I tell all GM owners a good roll of "Duct Tape". This was the third year and still having issues. So to me it don't matter. My 07 at 15,000 has one problem which occured on the 3rd of this month is the remote passenger mirror doesn't like to work sometimes. I'll take that problem to the bank if that's all I get. I went through hell with my last two trucks so this is cake so far as I'm concerned.
