You should have no issues. The only issue is the bike weight and trailer tounge weight being more than the load capacity of the truck. You might want to check with the U-haul place and ask how much tounge weight they think the trailer will have with your vehicle loaded, just to be safe. Those tandem axle U-haul car transports don't have much tounge weight so you should be good.
