No problems with mine. My 2001 Dodge did this every time the weather dropped down in the teens or lower. It wasn't iced up in the doors but rather right around the seal on the outside of the windows. There was no ice visible on my truck either but rather the condensation from running the heater caused the weather seals to just freeze/stick to the window. Kinda like sticking your tounge to a cold metal pole. I got some of those silicone wipes that you put on wiper blades and rubbed the seals with it. That seemed to help. If your internal components are freezing though I have no solution for that.
